Healthy, Safe Travel

We are delighted that you are considering visiting Jumeirah Hotels and Resorts, and would like to take this opportunity to address any concerns that you may have regarding healthy, safe travel. The welfare and comfort of our guests and colleagues is paramount and we are therefore continually monitoring the global health situation.

In line with recommendations from major national and international health authorities, we encourage people who feel well to continue to travel – although we would remind you that you should be covered by a comprehensive travel health insurance at all times. You should also, as always, take care to receive the appropriate vaccines and other preventive measures recommended for your destination to ensure a comfortable stay.

At Jumeirah Group, we comply with all recommendations issued by the World Health Organisation and the relevant authorities of the countries in which we operate. In order to ensure the maximum comfort and peace of mind of our guests, we would advise any guest who feels unwell to inform the hotel directly so that we can provide personal care and any necessary medical attention. In Dubai, we operate a 24 hour paramedic service within our hotels and resorts, supported by our own doctor in our dedicated clinic.
